At Dynea Pakistan Limited, we don’t just work together; we thrive as a united team. The recent Employee Day at the farmhouse wasn’t just a break from the daily grind; it was a symphony of laughter, collaboration, and shared moments that left an indelible mark on each one of us.
Morning Harmony:
The day commenced with a calming yoga session, transforming the quiet dawn into an atmosphere of relaxation and positivity. In the gentle stretches and calming breaths, we discovered not only the importance of physical well-being but also the importance of mental calmness. As we attempted various poses together, it hilariously became evident to us that our flexibility might need a bit more practice than we thought!
Thrills and Spills:
From the intriguing scavenger hunt that had us decoding clues in unity to the matches of pool volleyball and cricket that showcased our team in action, every activity was a testament to the synergy within our team. The shared laughs and occasional spills reinforced the notion that we are not just colleagues but a family working towards shared success.
Leadership in Action:
The CEO session featuring Mustafa Jafar was a highlight, offering a glimpse into the visionary leader steering our ship. His aspirations resonated deeply, underscoring the value he places on each team member. Witnessing our CEO actively participating in the day’s events, from solving clues to joining us on the cricket field, spoke volumes about his commitment to fostering genuine relationships within the Dynea family.
Celebrating Excellence:
Receiving recognition during the Employee Fun Awards ceremony was also a highlight. It made me proud to see my colleagues being celebrated for their hard work and dedication. It reinforced the idea that Dynea values and appreciates its employees, creating a positive and motivating work environment. The following awards were given out; Creative genius (Ashraf Ali), Diamond in the rough (Kehkeshan Fayyaz), Calm of the Seas (Aneel Ejaz), Dress to impress (Hassan Ali), Networking Ninja (Shakeel Uddin), Busy Bee (Raza Abbas) and Stand-Up Comedian (Muhammad Muneeb). A touching moment occurred when Khalid Ali Muhammad, Dynea’s oldest employee with 40 years of service, presented our CEO with a token of appreciation.
Gratitude and Looking Ahead:
As we extend our heartfelt thanks to “Edge Quest” for an unforgettable day and commend Farrukh Shafiq, Head of HR, and his team for their meticulous planning, we leave the farmhouse not just reenergized but with a sense of pride in being part of Dynea Pakistan Limited. The bonds we strengthened and the lessons we learned will keep us going with this renewed energy that we discovered. Here’s to more days of working together and celebrating success.
